How it works
After reaching boiling point, smart electronics keep the water just at boiling point for a number of minutes. During this time, bubbles of water vapour form and rise to the surface, effectively ensuring the escape of the potentially dangerous volatile organic compounds and those that affect taste and smell. The prolonged heat in the water kills bacteria, viruses and pathogens.
